He helped us through a difficult high-interest market by giving us a lot of options for financing, helped us figure out what we could expect from the sale, and lastly found the price range we could afford for the new home. We shopped for over 6 months of showings, partially due to us being picky, but also because of a low-inventory time. When we finally found the house we wanted to write on, he gave us great advice on what to offer and we got our place under contract within two days. Then we had to sell, sell fast, and get a good price. He brought in a stager and we went all-in on a single weekend of open houses and showings. We let Lou do his thing and by Monday we had a signed contract way over asking with the closing date we wanted to get into the new house on time. The last thing I'll say is he scored major points with us when the sellers of the house we bought left us a mess after closing, and Lou came over to help us clean. It wasn't his fault, he already got his commission check, but he showed up to support us. We will absolutely work with Lou next time we are in the market.”

“Lou is the best real estate agent around, hands down. Our story is testament for Lou's tenacity. This man deserves a monument in his honor. We worked with Lou to buy a new build and sell our condo. It seemed easy enough but we faced obstacle after obstacle on both the buy and sell side. Everything from issues with our lender, condo association insurance policies, closing delays, etc. Lou was not responsible for any one of these problems, and frankly he didn't have to help. But he took it upon himself to spend his weekends shopping for new insurance policies for my HOA, spent multiple hours/days/weeks problem-solving any and every way to get past these pesky problems. He kept the buyer, his realtor, his lender, my lender, my builder coordinator, the title company, my condo manager, HOA Board, our condo insurance agent, other vendors all in the loop. It was truly like taming and herding cats for 12 weeks straight from start to finish. The best part about this whole process was Lou's attitude.
