“We met Lou at an open house where he was representing the sellers. Even though we had our own representation, they weren’t with us during the open house walk through. This was the first place we saw that we could see ourselves living in so we had a lot of questions. “Lou is the best real estate agent around, hands down. Our story is testament for Lou's tenacity. This man deserves a monument in his honor. We worked with Lou to buy a new build and sell our condo. It seemed easy enough but we faced obstacle after obstacle on both the buy and sell side. Everything from issues with our lender, condo association insurance policies, closing delays, etc. Lou was not responsible for any one of these problems, and frankly he didn't have to help. But he took it upon himself to spend his weekends shopping for new insurance policies for my HOA, spent multiple hours/days/weeks problem-solving any and every way to get past these pesky problems.
